I have occasionally stopped in to window shop and while looking for a new couch, I first spoke with Katie and then Chris when I returned. Both were incredibly helpful with no pressure to purchase. They knew their products and inventory. I thought I knew which color couch I wanted when I returned, but I had second thoughts. Since it was the last day of a sale, Chris let me pay the deposit and sign the paperwork but phone in the color choice after I could see the leather sample in the light in my home. Excellent customer service! Delivered within the promised time frame. And the delivery crew was great – careful not to damage the couch or my house, and very courteous. Check them out!
I bought my entire bedroom set from Contemporary Galleries and the whole experience was perfect from start to finish. The delivery team was incredible — super professional, quick, and efficient. They handled everything with care and had the whole setup done in no time. The furniture looks amazing in my room, and the service made the process even better.
