We had not bought from them in many years because we had moved to Indiana, but that has changed with this experience. The customer service was phenomenal from the beginning all of the way to the delivery! The salesperson was very personable and was not pushy at all. He was happy to wait until we made the decision to purchase and did not make us feel like we had to hurry. I live in Jeffersonville, IN and it is well worth to have your items delivered. I have never experienced the level of customer care that the delivery men gave me today. They were so thoughtful and offered to put my couch that I purchased where ever I needed and they kept asking if we needed to move it or if we needed felt pads put on. Their care in preparing for delivery was outstanding! Will definitely purchase from them again.
