Great first experience, we special ordered a bar table and chairs with no issues. The staff allowed us to take home samples of glass tops to compare in our home. They were easy to deal with and I was really impressed with the delivery team. All too often customer service is a lost art but not here. The gentleman delivered on time, called in advance with an update. They parked on the street and not in my yard and took great care not to damage the items being delivered. For me little things like this go a long way.
