We bought a leather couch and recliner from Contemporary Galleries over 5 years ago. It was a good experience and we’re still happy with the furniture. This year I called them because the coating on the recliner’s (removable) headrest had slightly discolored and started peeling off. I spoke to Bob, one of the owners. It was out of warranty, but he said it shouldn’t have done that. We talked about leather cleaning and care, and whether to replace the headrest. He offered to pay half of the replacement cost of the headrest and even gave me complimentary bottles of leather cleaner and conditioner. He was very helpful and professional every time we talked. This is a locally owned company that treats their customers fairly. I highly recommend Contemporary Galleries and I would definitely buy from them again.

I love my Fjords Stockholm recliner from Contemporary Galleries! Our salesperson, Kate Hall, remembered us from our visit a month earlier and was wonderful helping us find the perfect recliner. The chair was delivered on time by a couple of very professional delivery guys who took the time to show us the features of the chair and made sure we were happy before they left. We plan on sharing our great experience with Contemporary Galleries with all our family and friends.

Hello Bob. I just wanted to share with you my appreciation for your Herculean efforts  to satisfy me for this previous purchase. I am attaching a photo to show you how great everything looks in my family room. I could not be happier  The previous couch is a forgotten memory 🙂.
