I have occasionally stopped in to window shop and while looking for a new couch, I first spoke with Katie and then Chris when I returned. Both were incredibly helpful with no pressure to purchase. They knew their products and inventory. I thought I knew which color couch I wanted when I returned, but I had second thoughts. Since it was the last day of a sale, Chris let me pay the deposit and sign the paperwork but phone in the color choice after I could see the leather sample in the light in my home. Excellent customer service! Delivered within the promised time frame. And the delivery crew was great – careful not to damage the couch or my house, and very courteous. Check them out!​
